Postoctoral Fellowships & International Research Associates

We welcome postdoctoral researchers who would like to spend part of their academic careers at the Faculty of Management and contribute to collaborative research. We see a postdoctoral fellowship as an opportunity for focused collaboration on topics with the potential to lead to high-quality publications in international peer-reviewed journals and new research projects. For international colleagues preparing to begin their research careers, we offer opportunities to collaborate as International Research Associates.

We provide an environment where researchers can develop ideas together, discuss research plans with colleagues, and explore further opportunities for academic collaboration. We are particularly interested in cooperation that leads to strong scholarly contributions, international research partnerships, and competitive project proposals. Postdoctoral fellows become part of our academic community and are invited to engage in research seminars, expert discussions, and other activities that support the development of rigorous and impactful research.
