2026-2027 Dr. Rabia Nazir
In September 2026, the Faculty of Management welcomed Dr. Rabia Nazir, Assistant Professor of Economics at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan, who will spend one year at the Faculty as a postdoctoral research fellow.
Her fellowship builds on an existing research collaboration with academics at the Faculty and will support further joint work in areas related to digital transformation, economics, sustainability, governance, and related management disciplines. Particular attention will be given to empirical research on technological, institutional, and societal change.
During her fellowship, Dr. Nazir will focus primarily on:
- developing joint research topics and projects with researchers at the Faculty,
- preparing manuscripts for submission to international peer-reviewed journals,
- developing joint research and funding proposals,
- participating in research seminars, methodological sessions, and other academic activities organised by the Faculty,
- sharing expertise in empirical research, research design, and quantitative methods.
Prof. Mojmír Sabolovič will serve as Dr. Nazir’s main academic mentor at the Faculty of Management.
The fellowship further develops the existing research collaboration and creates opportunities for new joint publications, research projects, and longer-term academic cooperation between the Faculty of Management and The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
