Petra Kozakova, PhD

At the Faculty of Management, I work as a department head and an academic staff member. In this role, I focus primarily on teaching economics courses. My teaching philosophy prioritizes an active and friendly approach to students, fostering their motivation, and ensuring they achieve a genuine understanding of the subject matter. Professionally, I have long focused on financial management and the economic operations of enterprises – areas that also constitute a personal interest of mine. In addition to my teaching and administrative duties, I engage in research activities, such as participating in research projects. I also highly value the experience gained through teaching mobility stays abroad under the Erasmus program.
