Coordination, Communication, and Incentive Mechanisms in Organizing
The research team focuses on the function of organising within the broader context of organisational design. Through a series of sub-projects, team members explore how selected attributes of organisational design and modes of organising affect both the organisation as a whole and individual members. Key areas of interest include governance and management structures; coordination and integration of organisational activities; the design and development of information systems; internal organisational communication; and behavioural dimensions of organisational design.
