  • Sustainable Business
    The course focuses on the principles and pillars of sustainable business and its connection to economic, social, and environmental aspects. Students will learn tools for strategic sustainability management and the practical application of ESG criteria. The course develops the ability to design innovative and responsible solutions that support the long-term resilience of organizations.
  • Process Management
    The course focuses on process management as a tool for increasing organisational efficiency and performance. Students learn to identify and improve processes to deliver maximum value to the customer. The course develops the organisation’s ability to be resilient, flexible, and responsive to changing market trends.
  • Lean Management
    The course focuses on the principles of lean management as a framework for continuous improvement of processes. Students will learn about the Kaizen philosophy and the principles of the Toyota Production System, which form the foundation of lean thinking. The course develops skills needed to identify waste and implement measures that enhance organisational performance.
  • Managing Crisis
    The course focuses on crisis management from a proactive and preventive perspective. Students learn how to strengthen organisational resilience and prepare for uncertainty and change in a dynamic environment. Emphasis is placed on the ability to adapt to current trends such as technological development and sustainability.
  • Professional Internship and Application Project
    The courses allow students to connect theoretical knowledge with the real environment of organizations. Students have the opportunity to tackle real-world problems and gain valuable hands-on experience. The aim is to develop their professional skills, independence, and ability to apply acquired knowledge in practical situations.
